The response tells the examiner what we did. The memo tells you why.
Which grounds we fought and on what basis. Where we chose to amend instead of argue, and the spec support we relied on. What we deliberately did not do.
03 · The Verification Ledger
The part most drafts do not show you. It is the first part we hand over.
One row per cited reference. The limitation it was mapped to, whether it actually teaches that limitation, and the pinpoint we relied on.
