ClaimCadence is a service of 25 Fathoms, LLC ("we," "us"). We provide drafting and research support to registered patent practitioners as supervised work product. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect the matter materials you send us.

2. Who This Applies To

ClaimCadence is for registered patent practitioners and the people they authorize. This policy governs your use of the site and the service.

3. Information We Collect

• Account details. Your name, firm, USPTO registration number, email, and billing information.
• Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and how you use the site, collected as described in Section 6.
• Matter materials. The office actions, claim sets, specifications, correspondence, and any other files you submit so we can prepare a response. These may include your client's confidential information.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to deliver the Rejection Read and the response package you request, to communicate with you about your matters, to handle billing, to operate and secure the service, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your matter materials to train external AI models, and we do not sell them.

5. How We Handle Your Matter Materials

We treat every office action and matter file you send as confidential. We use it only to prepare the work product you requested and to support you on that matter. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for their own use. We work from the public prosecution record unless you supply privileged material, and then only to serve your response. Access inside our team is limited to the people preparing your work.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand usage. Where required, we ask for consent, and we honor recognized browser signals such as Global Privacy Control. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Sharing and Subprocessors

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example hosting, authentication, email, and payment processing), under terms that restrict them to that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your information or your matter materials.

8. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. We retain matter materials as needed to deliver and support the work product, and we will delete or return them on request, subject to any legal retention requirement. 9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect matter materials with access controls, encryption in transit, and limited internal access.

10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out, there is nothing to opt out of, because we do not do this.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact privacy@claimcadence.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.

12. International Data Transfers

We operate in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States under this policy.

13. Children's Privacy

The service is for registered patent practitioners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
