One Action, One Price
How we price a mixed office action.
One office action can carry more than one thing. We price the response by the most substantial action in it, and fold the rest in at no extra charge. A restriction that also objects to the drawings is priced as a Restriction. An action with rejections plus objections is a Non-Final. The Objection price is for an action that is only objections, like an Ex parte Quayle action. You never pay two line items for one office action.

Standard turnaround is five business days. Expedited turnaround of two business days is available at 50 percent of the response price. Because it is a percentage, rushing a Final costs more than rushing an Objection, which is the way it should be.
