We are a drafting and research vendor. Everything we produce is supervised work product for you, the practitioner of record. You review it, sign it, and file it. We do not form an attorney-client relationship with your applicant. We do not contact the USPTO or your client. We do not give legal advice. You direct the work and you own the outcome.
Why honest by design.
The fastest way to lose an attorney's trust is to hand them a confident argument that falls apart on the reference. So we built the opposite. Verify every citation, flag every weak ground, amend where the art truly teaches, and show our work. It is slower to say a ground is weak than to bluff it. It is also the only version of this that is worth signing.
